We want you to be thrilled with your purchase, and we will do everything we can to ensure your satisfaction. Having said that, please understand that all products are made to order. Your product is unique, and such, there is only one person in the world who might want you have had customized. 

While custom-product sales are final, we stand behind our work 100%. If you receive something that that has an obvious defect, we will have the item repaired, or we will send a replacement. 

Our products are carefully made by hand. As such, product appearance will vary. We strive to meet expectations and we will do our best to ensure you get exactly what you expect. By offering to purchase an item from Modern Copper, you recognize the ways in which handmade products will vary in appearance.  

Our products are made of a high-quality stainless steel, and the metals are guaranteed for life. Mechanical parts, including the ventilation fan and its motor are guaranteed for one year from date of delivery.
